1. Who processes data
This Policy covers https://postvision.uz, enquiries about surveillance equipment and related orders. The data owner and operator is the legal entity operating under the POST VISION brand (its full registered name, tax identification number and address will be stated once state registration is completed), referred to as the Company. Data enquiries: info@postvision.uz, +998 33 117 00 17.
2. Data and purposes
For callbacks and quotations, the Company receives the person’s name, phone number and enquiry content. Order fulfilment may additionally require the site or delivery address, email, order and payment information and, for organisations, company details and representative contacts.
Technical logs may contain IP address, request date and time, browser and device type, page visited and error information. They support site operation and security. Actual log fields and retention periods: IP address, request date and time, requested page, response code and error information; logs are kept for no more than 30 days.
Information is processed to respond, prepare a quotation, fulfil orders, provide warranty support, maintain records and protect lawful rights. Do not send camera passwords, identity document copies, recordings or other information unnecessary for your enquiry through the general form.
3. Grounds and consent
Processing relies on a lawful ground appropriate to the purpose: consent, entering into and performing a contract, or statutory obligations. Where consent is used, the Company retains evidence and the text accepted.
Consent for enquiry processing is provided through a separate action in the form. Visiting the website does not itself constitute marketing consent. Marketing requires separate voluntary consent; refusal does not affect ordering.
4. Recipients and processing locations
Access is limited to employees who need the information for their work. Delivery, installation and support contractors receive only information necessary for their task, subject to a lawful basis and data protection obligations.
Actual providers and processing locations: Beget hosting (Beget LLC), Saint Petersburg, Russian Federation — website server, enquiry database (name, phone, topic, comment, selected products), staff accounts and backups; Telegram — notification of a new enquiry (name, phone, topic, comment) to a private group of managers, Telegram servers are located outside Uzbekistan; Yandex Metrica (Yandex LLC, Russian Federation) — anonymised visit statistics, only with the visitor’s consent; email info@postvision.uz (Beget mail service) — correspondence on enquiries. No third-party CRM, payment services or mailing lists are used. The Company does not sell contact databases for third-party advertising. Authorities receive data where a legal ground exists.
Cross-border transfers and overseas storage require compliance with applicable rules. Actual countries, recipients and legal ground: the Russian Federation (Beget hosting, Yandex Metrica) and Telegram servers outside Uzbekistan. Only the name, phone number and enquiry content are processed; passport data, PINFL and individual tax numbers are not requested or stored. Mandatory local storage and database registration requirements are observed for the categories to which they apply.
5. Cookies and external services
The site uses necessary cookies for sessions and security. Actual list, purposes and expiry periods: «__Host-pv_sess» — staff sign-in to the admin panel, up to 7 days; «pv_ref» — tracking a visit from a partner link, 30 days. The selected language is part of the page address; no cookie is used for it. The analytics choice and the list of products for an enquiry are stored in the browser (localStorage).
Optional analytics tools: Yandex Metrica — anonymised visit data: pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location, referrals and goals reached (for example, tapping the phone number or sending an enquiry). Names and phone numbers are not shared; Session Replay (Webvisor) is not used. Retention and rules follow Yandex’s policy: https://yandex.ru/legal/confidential/. Google Analytics is not enabled. Their activation requires a separate user choice; refusal does not prevent enquiries. Choices can be changed through the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.
When using an external website or messenger, its operator’s policy also applies.
6. Cameras, recordings and remote support
Buying equipment or making an enquiry does not automatically grant the Company access to live feeds, archives or facial recognition. Access necessary for setup or maintenance requires a separate agreement on purpose, scope, duration and authorised staff.
Cloud storage, continuous monitoring and biometric processing are not covered by enquiry consent and require separate arrangements. Temporary access is closed after the work unless continued access is lawfully agreed.
7. Retention and security
Enquiries without an order: 1 year. Order records: 1 year, unless a longer period is required by law, including for tax and accounting purposes. Technical logs: 30 days. Marketing data: until consent is withdrawn or the purpose ends. Removal from backups: 14 days.
Data are deleted or anonymised when the purpose or processing basis ends, except where retention is required by law. The Company limits access by work responsibilities, safeguards transmission and storage and takes measures against unauthorised access: an encrypted connection (HTTPS), personal staff accounts with two-factor authentication for the owner, role-based access rights and an activity log in the admin panel.
8. Rights and requests
Users may request information on processing and recipients, correction, cessation of unlawful processing and deletion where provided by law. Consent may be withdrawn through info@postvision.uz or the channel used to give it. Separate lawful grounds for retaining certain records may still apply.
The Company may request proportionate identity verification to protect data. Requests are handled within applicable statutory periods. Users may complain to the authorised public authority or court.
