Common faults
No image from a camera, the recorder does not see the disk or record, no phone access, IR illumination not working, a noisy image. Often the cause is power, cabling or settings rather than the camera itself.
Diagnostics
First we check power, cable, connectors and settings. If a camera or recorder is faulty, we suggest repair under the manufacturer’s warranty if it is still valid, or replacement with a suitable model.
Improve the system while at it
During repair you can replace outdated cameras, enlarge the archive or add phone viewing.
