1. Seller and scope
These terms govern the sale of video surveillance equipment and agreed services under the POST VISION brand through https://postvision.uz. The seller and service provider is the legal entity operating under the POST VISION brand; its full registered name, tax identification number and address will be stated in section 8 once state registration is completed, referred to as the Company. The Customer may be an individual or a legal entity.
An order may include cameras, recorders, storage drives, accessories, delivery, installation, configuration and maintenance. Only expressly listed services are included. The service territory is the Republic of Uzbekistan; availability at a particular address is agreed before the contract is concluded.
2. Enquiry, agreement and acceptance
A website enquiry requests contact and a quotation. It does not itself create an obligation to pay. Descriptions and indicative prices without complete terms invite the Customer to agree an order.
Before acceptance, the Company sends a specification or order stating models, quantities, services, total price, taxes, delivery charges, deadlines, payment arrangements, warranties and the offer validity period. These terms are incorporated by reference and made available for the Customer to save.
The contract is concluded when the Company receives an unambiguous electronic confirmation of the agreed order from an identifiable Customer or the payment specified in the order within the offer validity period. Payments must identify the order number. Browsing, silence and submitting an enquiry do not constitute acceptance.
Withdrawal of acceptance must be sent to the Company contacts. If received before or at the same time as acceptance, acceptance is treated as not received. After conclusion, the cancellation procedure applies. Changes are recorded in writing, including electronically, with both parties’ agreement. A separately signed contract takes precedence insofar as it complies with mandatory law.
3. Price and payment
Payments are in Uzbek soums. The order specifies available payment methods, any advance payment and the balance due date. Before acceptance, the Customer receives the final amount and information on included taxes. Delivery, travel and additional materials not included in the calculation are stated separately.
Extra work and price increases require the Customer’s agreement. The Company issues payment and other mandatory documents. Pricing errors identified before acceptance result in a corrected offer; the price cannot be changed unilaterally after acceptance.
4. Delivery, installation and handover
The order records the address, delivery and installation dates, access requirements and power and network readiness. The Customer provides lawful site access and any necessary property owner permissions.
At handover, the parties check completeness, visible condition and, where applicable, operation. Installation is accepted following checks of agreed functions and delivery of instructions and administrator access. Comments are recorded in the handover document or a message to the Company. Signing does not waive rights concerning hidden defects.
The Company explains the effect of site obstacles on timing and agrees further steps. Accounts and passwords are handed over securely. Continuing remote access by the Company requires a separate agreement.
5. Warranty, returns and cancellation
Equipment and installation warranty periods and conditions are provided before acceptance and recorded in the order or warranty document. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Defects, delays, exchanges, returns and cancellation of services are handled under Uzbekistan law and order terms that do not reduce consumer protection. Eligibility to exchange functioning equipment depends on its category and statutory exceptions; the Company does not impose a blanket prohibition on returns of all cameras.
An enquiry may be cancelled free of charge before contract conclusion. Afterwards, the Customer notifies the Company of cancellation. Refunds and permissible deductions depend on the legal grounds and documented performance; the whole advance payment is not automatically non-refundable.
Please provide the order number, an explanation and contact details. Attach photographs and purchase evidence if available. Claims and refunds are handled within applicable statutory time limits.
6. System use and liability
The Customer determines lawful surveillance purposes and operates the system respecting third-party rights. The Company remains responsible for the quality of agreed equipment and services within its obligations.
Cameras do not themselves guarantee prevention of crime. Archive retention depends on the agreed configuration, storage and settings. Backup power, cloud services and backups are included only where expressly listed.
The consequences of power or connectivity interruptions are assessed against their causes and the agreed scope; this does not excuse the Company’s own breaches. A party affected by extraordinary and unavoidable events must promptly notify the other party and substantiate their effect on performance.
7. Claims, data and amendments
Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy at https://postvision.uz/en/privacy/. Marketing consent is not a condition of purchase.
Claims may be sent to info@postvision.uz or the Company’s postal address. Uzbekistan law applies. The right to approach the competent authority and court is preserved.
New versions apply to new orders. Publishing amendments alone does not change existing contracts. All language versions are intended to convey identical terms; discrepancies are corrected without unilaterally worsening an existing contract.
